Dr. Stacy Reeder
DVM
Stacy Reeder, DVM, earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 1995. She practiced in the Shenandoah Valley for over 12 years before moving back to her home state of Maryland. She has now moved back to the Shenandoah Valley, the place her heart never left.
Dr. Reeder has special interests in geriatrics and orthopedics, including physical rehabilitation and sports medicine. She completed her course work for certification as a canine rehabilitation therapist at the Animal Rehabilitation Institute and has practiced rehab for many years.
Dr. Reeder spends her free time hiking, reading and gardening. Also, she is very involved with her church as a lay pastor. She shares her home with her dog, Sassy Pig, a menagerie of cats, and often an extra dog or two.
